Selection and Training
Those who qualify for the aptitude test on July month will be called for group discussion and Interview. After the final list will be prepared, selected candidates will be admitted to PGDB (Post graduate Diploma in Banking) which have a fees of 3.15 lacs, which will be provided by BOB as an educational loan. More over that during training period Rs 2500 will be paid as stipend. The interest and installment will be taken from there salary after every month of 7 years. after five years in bank he can pay back his loan back. And on completing 7 years the bank will also start to pay the interest back. If he is quitting bank before five years he should pay back the whole amount.
After completing the course he will be getting assured PO job in BOB with an annual salary of 4 lacs.
